A graduate in graphic design from the University of Northumbria, Gary has been working on the brand since April 2004. His mission is to re-energise and engage all aspects of the guest experience. He is responsible for the overarching tone of voice across all forms of media; from print to web and beyond.
He is at all times aware of the desire of each hotel in its local market place and its tactical promotional needs, whilst mindful of the global brand positioning in the wider market place. Prior to joining the group he worked for over 15 years in the marketing sector on brands such as Sealy, Elextrolux and Brother.
